The Factory - Wilkes Barre

Message: We bought all our lighting for our new construction house from them 4 years ago. That process went perfectly - great recommendations and support. Never felt we were being pushed into a certain look. Fast forward to today and we broke one of the fixture light sconces. I called fearing how expensive and painful this would be. They were so helpful, got me a replacement for free, and made me feel like a valued customer! Love this store and the team there (Wilkes-Barre store) even more!

Message: I bought some outdoor furniture, and I absolutely love it! Awesome showroom, great quality furniture and American Made! The staff is very helpful, open, and honest. They take the time to answer every and any question that you have. They have a very large selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, and there lighting displays are absolutely gorgeous! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! The great thing with this quality product is that you only buy once. It is built to last a lifetime and made well, not like these other stores with particle board and cheap hardware.. I encourage everyone to go and check out the Factory. I look forward to my next purchase!

Message: It's expensive but nice stuff. We did buy 4 Adirondack chairs for $1200. They are very nice, but very expensive. I recently priced them in Lancaster (at an Amish store), and they were cheaper there. We will most likely do business with you again.

Message: We purchased a dining room set and credenza from here. The furniture is made to order, so there is a wait. The quality is worth it. We were there today and they are having a great sale. My husband and I ended up purchasing a new sofa and TV stand. Rudi is great. He was so helpful when we purchased the dining set, but today he really helped us to pick the perfect sofa and material for our space. He's definitely an asset to the store. The Factory is a very good place to buy beautiful, quality furniture.

Message: The staff are such nice and knowledgeable people! I recently ordered a chandelier and unfortunately discovered that 1 of the glass shades was broken.. they offered immediately to replace it with 1 from the display or via order. I took them up on the displayed replacement to have a quick replacement. I am shocked they offered that option and really think the company and this location exceeds expectations always! So if you need lighting, custom wood furniture or electrical advice/products this is a great source.

Message: The best furniture store I have seen in the northeast region. Amazing customer service and very patient. We have furnished our entire house from there and the quality and craftsmanship is unmatched. Would easily recommend them for anyone looking for great quality/variety furniture and amazing customer service.
