Message: In early April of this year ( 2021) I began an in-person search for a new living room rug ( after a hugely disappointing purchase from an on-line retailer). I visited at least 8 stores within 25 miles of our home. While running an unrelated errand I happen to see Albed Rug Company in Wayne. Bingo! Michelle, the first person to greet me in the store, was immediately warm, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I had with me, a few pictures of our living room, and I had in my car, a cushion from our sofa. Michelle saw color possibilities, and size possibilities, for a new rug that hadn't occurred to me. I took some pictures of her suggestions, and shared them with my husband later. He too liked her ideas. We returned and bought the perfect rug for our tastes, our room and for our budget. Michelle's calm, reassuring attitude was exactly what I needed to finally make my rug shopping experience joyful and successful. I highly recommend Albed Rug Company at 513 West Lancaster Ave in Wayne, Pa.

Message: We took a beloved but not really expensive oriental to Albed Rug Company. We were greeted warmly. They spread our diseased rug out in the front of the shop. After much discussion between us and the knowledgeable staff we were told it just wasn't worth it to try and repair. We could see the problem. Ray Albed was able to find us exactly what we wanted--a smaller but very similar rug. It came in the next day. We are so thrilled with the rug and the service!
