Message: After retiring and moving back to my husband's birthplace our kitchen's old appliances needed to be replaced. We shopped at Best Buy, Lowe's and HD before going to Krisay's in Westmont. Don got our 4 items in quickly. The teams who delivered and installed them were very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Once all was said and done we could have saved about $100 by going to one of those other stores but I know from experience that the service would not have been nearly as good. It seems to matter to these folks that they take care of their customers.

Message: My dryer belt broke. The only thing is the wait but that's to get the correct belt. Tech gave a call before arriving which is great. He fixed the belt, made sure everything was working and cleaned out extra lint I cannot get using a vacuum which was nice. Reasonable cost for the repair. Will definitely use again when the need arrives.

Message: This past Monday November28th Krisay's. delivered a speed queen washer to our house in the West End of Johnstown. Jim and Don were very professional young men. They were courteous and answered all my questions and gave more tips on how to use the washer. The best part they were careful on their delivery typical small tight house in johnstown 28" washer 30 inch space to manuneur that washer in the door down about eight steps a pole and tight entrance to the wash room. Great job not a scratch or mark on the washer. The reason I point that out we a nightmare experience from a local big chain store at a big local chain store a week before. They had outside contractors bad just deliver the washer bang it dent it push it the corner see ya no leveling it gone not my problem I forgot to thank Mike the manager who sold the washer to us he was a lot of help. Thanks again.

Message: Prices are a bit high. They definitely want to "make a sell" steering you toward higher priced items. It's quite a lax work place and not very clean inside the store. Just not a very professional atmosphere albeit the folks who work there are friendly.
