Message: It has been a while since I've been in a Best Buy physical location. I will say the modern look is attractive but it does feel that a lot of inventory has been removed in favor of a look. I'm not sure I would go to browse like I would have 10-years ago. However, the staff at this location was extremely nice and helpful. Online order pick-up & return was made very easy and the location was easy to find.

Message: Well i was on a road trip from boston to west virginia to get some cats. I was Use of the GPS on my phone and I kept falling off little tray that I have on the dashboard and I felt like I was going to. Kill someone on the highway if I kept having to look down to pick up my phone instead of paying attention to the road. So I stopped into this Best Buy and I bought a cd player mounted phone holder. This phone holder saved the lives of many who dont even know the danger they were truly in before i bought it. 10 out of 10 will go again.

Message: On my initial visit I got some inaccurate information and an adapter that was not correct for my needs. Upon returning that information was corrected, I got the correct adapter and even though I had forgotten the return slip for the first adapter, customer service was able to look it up and issue the credit without mine having to make a third trip. All in all, do a little bit of research before you go, but they certainly did correct the situation.
