Message: This company has GREAT customer service. We bought a gas dryer and kit to change it to propane. When we got home, we found out that there were no directions with the kit. They ended up installing it for us and waived the usual installation fee. Everyone was pleasant and nice to work with. So much better to deal with than the big box stores.
