Message: Called me and arrived 30 minutes later. Removed the old recliner. Waited until I vacuumed the area. Brought the new recliner and placed it gently. Made sure it was in the right spot. Answered my questions. Very polite. Always shop Michael's first.

Message: Edited. The staff were great when we bought our recliner. We bought a Catnapper recliner Feb 2022. The right arm fell apart Tues April 18th. We were told it wasn't covered by warranty since it expired February 2023. The recliner is broken.. Thanks for reaching out to me. I upgraded to three stars and edited this review. Message: Best place to buy furniture and appliances. Everything is in stock. We bought a dishwasher and left the store with it. We didn't have to wait weeks for delivery. We also bought a loveseat and recliner. We chose delivery for the furniture. They have fast and free delivery. Plus, they remove the old furniture for free! The delivery guys were very nice and did a great job setting things up. This is my second time buying from micheals and I will buy from them again.
