Message: The initial quote and service was great. They came out to take preliminary measurements for the quote. We went into the showroom and placed our deposit. There was miscommunication on the install date, and when we called in for an update the office staff was rude. We were treated as an inconvenience for wanting an weekly update. When they didn't return calls we would try again and eventually they would get back to us. Every phone call after we put down the deposit, the office staff was rude and couldn't be bothered.. The day of the install went great, the technicians were courteous and kind. The price was average from other quotes we received. We do really like the counter tops, but their office staff could use an attitude adjustment.

Message: Follow up from review 9 months ago:. On my end I deleted my review from 9 months ago but Google didn't take it down on their end. I wanted to say that I have been dealing with Alex and Mynor, the Project Managers. Once they saw the review, they came out and saw the original job. They came back and corrected it with new pieces of granite and we LOVE it! Because they ended up making it right, we used them for our bathroom renovation quartz and just now used them again for a half bathroom quartz. I will definitely give them a five star review which was a huge comeback from a one star! I have since referred them to lots of other people.

Alex was very accommodating and even working overtime to get me in her schedule. My white quartz countertops are gorgeous and the install was quick and easy. Very impressed and would recommend!

We looked at several different other competitors and they wanted upwards of over 3K for what A'Bella only charged $1700. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Message: The staff was really nice and helped me pick out the perfect remnant for our counters. The guy who came to measure and make the template was polite, on time, and measured it perfectly. The guys who installed the stone were done in under and hour! I would definitely use them again. Great prices also!
