Message: We recently had our floors replaced and interior painting done by Molyneux home. The flooring installation went well. However when the painter came he got paint all over our brand new flooring. When we scheduled the flooring and the painting we thought it was odd to install the new flooring first, and then paint, but we were assured it wouldn't be a problem. Well, we should have insisted the painting be done first because there was paint spatter all over our brand new flooring, as well as areas that were not completely painted. They did send the painter back to try and clean up some of the areas and finish the spots he missed. However my husband and I spend hours trying to remove the spatter from our brand new floor and trim. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed in the painting, especially for how expensive it was. When I did talk to customer service about the issue they did give us a small discount, however I didn't feel like it really compensated us considering how much time my husband and I had to put in after the fact to clean up. I do realize that painting is new to the company, so they may want to change things moving forward.

Message: Molyneaux came highly recommended by an acquaintance of ours and we're in the market for new carpet for our living room, stairs, and hallway.. Setting up our in-home consult was easy. Vaughn was flexible when something came up at the last minute and rescheduled our consult for a time that better suited us without any issues.. The actual appointment was low-pressure, Vaughn and Nick were both very personable. The carpet samples that were brought to our house were perfectly in line with what we were looking for in terms of color and style, and I appreciated that Vaughn called me at the very beginning to discuss our project. It showed that he listened to me whenever we saw the actual samples.. We picked out a couple different styles and colors. Picked out our metal. Vaughn and Nick went off to the dining room after a very thorough measure which gave my wife and I time to discuss among ourselves and came back to us with a quote.. Unfortunately, all of the quotes were out of our budget for this project at this time, and we do not want to take on more financing. However, our consult was such low pressure and Vaughn was so easy to talk to I wanted to come and leave a review anyway.. Message: We needed 5 rooms, a long hallway and steps re-carpeted and chose Molyneaux based on their reputation. It was a very good decision. From Megan's sales knowledge, support and fair pricing to Daniel's excellent work and crew in removal of the old carpet and professional installation of the new, we were very pleased with the entire experience. Will not hesitate to call them again.

Message: I was in desperate need of repairing my kitchen and powder room hardwood floors. A friend suggested I contact Molyneaux in Cranberry Twp., PA. The sales rep, Megan Baird, was so friendly and professional, as well as very knowledgeable about their products and services. She brought several samples to my home and, together, we selected a color that would match my kitchen cabinets perfectly. Within two weeks, my order arrived and was installed. The installers were professional, wore masks, and took their shoes off to enter my home. I am more than thrilled with the job they performed. They had both rooms completely done within three hours. They even cleaned up after themselves. I purchased a wide-plank, floating floor; and it has made my kitchen and powder room look absolutely beautiful. Megan also followed up after they were done completing the job, to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Molyneaux, if you are considering replacing your flooring of any type.

Message: We recently worked with Stephanie Wagner at Molyneaux to update carpeting in our new home. I was impressed with how responsive they were in scheduling our in-home appointment and based on a pre-appointment phone call, she was prepared in bringing a wonderful variety of samples that were in-line with our decor. She was also very prompt in providing a follow-up quote the same day! We were thrilled with the final installation as well, as the various installers were professional and thorough. Message: We were so excited that Molyneaux was opening just in time for us to get carpet for our remodel. I called to have someone come to our house to measure our area and they were able to send someone out the next day and he even brought carpet samples of the colors that we requested. The home visit made it so easy to get everything done in a snap without even leaving the house. The carpet was installed by a professional team and it looked beautiful. We would definitely purchase flooring again from this company and we were so thankful for Rick, our salesman for being so knowledgeable and on top of things.

Message: I had a great experience with Molyneaux. A design consultant (Terri Mattock) came to my home with samples, measured, talked about various options and gave me a price for the flooring. Terri was interested in what I wanted (LVT plank flooring) and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. The installers were wonderful. The flooring looks great and they totally cleaned up after themselves.
