Message: It was so good and the help was excellent to staff and it was so good my nephew bought a washer and dryer so it must be good because he checked everything out very happy with it.

Message: Absolutely 5 stars. Markis my salesman was so helpful in picking the perfect products for me. I purchased both a stove and refrigerator and could not be happier. The delivery team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I bought 2 appliances for the same price as 1 at local big box stores in the area. 100% recommend. Delivery was also the next day, in less then 24 hours I’m enjoying my new kitchen appliances.

Message: I never heard of Robert Stevens before my sister told me about them. A repairman for my Whirlpool Cabrio who said it would cost over $ 700 to fix, suggested I just purchase a new machine. He suggested Speed Queen which is not sold in any big box stores. I looked on Robert Stevens website and they sold them. The price was lower than the Speed Queen website. I called and spoke to Sandy who was extremely helpful. Went in the next day, ordered it, and was delivered on Wednesday (a day earlier than expected). The delivery cost was nominal and so was the fee for removal of my old machine. I will be going back there when I am in the market for new appliances.

Message: Just got a new GE dishwasher to replace the 12yr old Kenmore that came with the house and had finally died. I shopped around, and Robert Stevens beat their competition on all of price, availability, installation, and warranty. Their technician Larry Murphy did a great job with the install, managed to make everything flush with my non-standard counter-top and he had the parts and experience to correctly seal the drainage hose to my existing and, again, non-standard drain pipes. Having taken apart the Kenmore and looked into what a do-it-yourself repair or replacement would have involved and cost, let me save you some time - just go to Robert Stevens.

Message: We were in need of a new over the stove microwave but trying to find white to match everything in our kitchen was not easy. They had the exact model we were looking at Home Depot but it was cheaper (by more than $100) and in stock! Great service and friendly! Definitely recommend!

Message: The product was a good price and was delivered in 2 days with installation, but the guy in the store was incredibly rude. Talked over us and didn't wait to hear our questions before answering. Helped me out, but was hard to deal with.
