Our sales person, Brianna, was extremely helpful in guiding us to choose the best color finishes and upholstery for the bed that we purchased. The bed arrived within the estimated time frame and the delivery staff was very professional and made sure we were happy with the assembly and placement prior to leaving. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Message: Nice store but the furniture styles are a bit too traditional. Prices are high. The store could use some new and updated inventory with more affordable prices.

Message: Really good experience with designer Denise in picking out furniture for our dining room. It’s been a long wait and our order isn’t yet completely delivered, but we know when the rest get here it will be well worth the wait. We have our DR chairs and are waiting on the table, bench and bar chairs. Bring samples and colors and they will help you find the perfect complement to your home. Even though EA is pricier than other furniture stores, the quality makes it worth the money. We are planning to be able to hand down this furniture to our kids.

Message: I love the quality of Ethan Allen furniture.. I would suggest that there be a virtual site that allows shoppers to see different fabric possibilities on furniture pieces; the fabric samples that are provided are too small to get a good idea of how different fabrics will look on finished pieces.. Also, the floor sample of what we chose was against a wall. The furniture has open gaps in the back of them that look awkward as our furniture is not placed against walls. The designer was shown photos of where the furniture was to be placed. I would have appreciated being told about the gaps on the back of the furniture as I may have chosen different pieces.. During a pandemic, all salespeople should cover their mouths and noses with masks; my designer did not cover her nose, which was very disconcerting.. Overall, I’m adequately pleased with my purchase.

Message: I had a wonderful experience from the showroom with an excellent interior design experience to the delivery. Delivery truck arrived without a chandelier. I had an electrician scheduled to install on the same day. I called the distribution center. My chandelier was delivered within the hour. Great job!
